Returns:
- We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
- Please note that all of our digital products and classes are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
